What you can export

PDF — Cyclic peptide property report (sequence, cyclization type, linear/cyclic mass, ring mass loss, pI, GRAVY, charge) from the Cyclic Peptide Properties tool. PDB and PNG — 3D coordinates and screenshots from the Cyclic Backbone Viewer, Disulfide Bond 3D, or Macrocycle Conformation viewer.

How to export

• Cyclic Peptide Properties — After entering your cyclic sequence and cyclization type (head-to-tail or disulfide), use the download button to get a PDF report.
• Cyclic Backbone Viewer — Load a cyclic peptide PDB (or generate from sequence when supported); use the viewer sidebar to export PDB or PNG.
• Disulfide Bond 3D — Visualize disulfide bonds; export the view as PNG from the viewer.
• Macrocycle Conformation — Multi-frame or conformation playback; export PNG as needed.
• Batch Analysis — Multiple cyclic sequences; export table or ZIP of PDF reports when available.
